30-Day Return Policy
- Eligibility: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- You'll receive a return shipping label and instructions if your return is accepted. Items sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

- Return Costs: We will not cover the return cost or provide a return label for items returned due to unwanted items, change of mind, or buyer mistakes (e.g., incorrect model purchased).
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt. If it's defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact DLS immediately to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration, as well as special orders, are non-returnable.
Exchanges
- Return the item you have, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
- For orders shipped into the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the original condition, with tags, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- You'll be notified once your return is inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, contact DLS.
