The parts arrived in great time but one of the levers has some scratches on the titanium finish, this does not effect the function of the product and as I needed them to replace a broken lever on my bike I contacted DLS who agreed to partial refund to compensate for the damage.
Very happy with the feel of the levers on my bike and they have a great range of adjustments.
